Being a responsible business is high on our agenda at EPR. We aim to demonstrate responsible behaviour across our business. We consider how our operations affect our people, community and the environment.


Our people

It was once said that happy employees deliver better customer service; we whole-heartedly believe in this and work hard to ensure our team enjoy coming to work. Staff training, development and welfare are very important to us.


Our community

We take our role in the community seriously, supporting local cancer research charity, Candles. We also support the Red Cross and Children in Need.

We work with the Shaw Trust, an organisation that helps disadvantaged and disabled people to achieve a more self reliant and rewarding life by helping them find work and employment.

We employ a Shaw Trust candidate, who works with our office team. He provides us with administration and marketing support:

Our environment


We are committed to reducing the impact our operations has on the environment. We have undertaken initiatives to reduce our paper usage through the use of mobile technology as well as reducing the number of unnecessary van journeys.
